Hey everybody. Welcome back to mini episode Monday. Today I want to offer you something simple, but something that I think will be really helpful, that life you want. I. That change, you crave that new chapter that you keep putting off because you don't know how or you don't feel ready. It doesn't start with action, and it doesn't start with strategy. It starts in your mind. It starts with a single sentence in your mind because possibility begins with a thought. Everything begins with a thought, but today we're dealing with possibility, and right now the only reason why you are not living a bolder, more exciting, more fulfilled version of your life is because your brain hasn't been given permission to imagine it. And this is where we're going to change all that. So it's what you're currently believing that is blocking you. Most Women in their forties and fifties don't feel stuck because there's something wrong with them. They feel stuck because they believe that their past determines what's possible. They're thinking, I've never done that. It's too late for me. I should have figured this out by now. I wouldn't even know where to begin. But let's be clear, those are not facts. They're just thoughts that your brain is offering you. Rehearsed, repeated, and internalized, and the problem isn't that you think them, the problem is that you believe them because I truly think that our brain is going to offer us crappy thoughts always, for the rest of our lives. But it's what we do with them. And when we treat them like absolute truth, instead of what they really are, optional mental sentences, then we buy into this scenario. We buy into this thinking, we believe them. We start thinking them over and over again. We believe them as truth, and then we're holding ourselves back. We're playing small. We're hiding out. We're stuck in the cave. But those thoughts are not reality. They are decisions, and you get to choose new ones. You need to be intentional. You need to be deliberate. You need to practice them over and over again. You need to clean up those old thoughts. The power is always yours to choose, and you want to choose wisely Now, your brain is wired to seek safety, not possibility. Possibility is scary. This is important. I want you to really hear me. Your brain is not built for possibility. Your brain is built for safety, for familiarity, for easy, for repeatable patterns that keep you alive, even if they don't make you happy. Your brain wants to keep you alive over being happy. So if you feel resistance when you're trying to think bigger, it doesn't mean you're broken. It doesn't mean that anything has gone wrong. It just means that you are normal. You have a functioning, healthy, normal human brain, and your brain just wants you to repeat what it already knows. It's easy, it's safe, doesn't require a lot of energy. It's known. in order to change, in order to do something different, in order to create something new, in order to explore possibilities, you have to be intentional and you have to be deliberate. It means you have to take the wheel and start directing your brain towards something new. You can't keep recycling the same old thoughts and expect to feel inspired or motivated or disciplined. If you want to change your life, you have to change the sentences that you feed your mind. Otherwise, you'll just keep recycling the old ones. So here's the thought I want to offer you today. Anything is possible for me. Just try it on. Say it out loud. Feel what happens in your body. Notice what shifts. That's what possibility feels like. I want you to really feel this. Let it sink into your body. Take a deep breath and really feel it. If it feels too far away, that's okay. Start smaller. Use a ladder thought, something that your brain can believe right now and something that feels a bit better. Like it might be possible for me. Some women like me have done this before. I'm open to the idea that more is available to me. You don't need to leap into belief all at once. It doesn't have to be rainbows and daisies and unicorns. You just need to loosen your grip on the old story just to crack even. Just create an inch of space for something new because that space, that's where dreams begin. That's where your new life begins. That's where your second half of your life is bigger than your first. So here's what I want you to do this week. Pick one area of your life where you have been feeling stuck, career, relationship, business, health, purpose, money, anything, and ask yourself: 'if anything were possible for me, and I believe that it is, what would I let myself want?' Write it down. Say it out loud. Say to yourself in the mirror. Start to believe it on purpose. Have some fun with it. Everything you want begins in your mind. Everything that's ever been created has started in somebody's mind. They had a thought about it. And so if you're ready to go deeper and if you want help getting out of that loop of self-doubt, people pleasing, fear, and playing small, I want to personally invite you to book a consultation with me. This isn't a casual chat. This is the moment you say yes to a new future. On our call, I'll help you to see the exact beliefs that are holding you back, and we'll start mapping out what's truly possible for you. Because I don't just help women feel better, I help them blow their own minds. Are you ready for that? The link will be in the show notes to my calendar, and you can book your call now. Don't wait for permission. Just give it to yourself. Now, possibility starts with a thought. So let's find yours.
